Garden courtyard at Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City

Mexico City has quietly become one of the best hotel cities in the world, and the first thing I ask every client isn’t which hotel, it’s which neighborhood. Where you sleep shapes the whole trip here: the grand boulevard of Reforma, polished Polanco, leafy Roma and Condesa, or the centuries-old streets of the Centro Histórico. Each one gives you a completely different city.

These are the hotels I book for my own clients, grouped by neighborhood, with a note on who each one is perfect for. At many of them, booking through me comes with a little extra, too: through my preferred-partner relationships, my clients typically enjoy daily breakfast, a hotel credit and an upgrade whenever one’s available.

You’ve reached the quiet door.
