One of the most beautiful drives you can do is The Icefields Parkway drive! Here are some of the must-see stops you will find along the route to Jasper. Note: Although you can complete this drive in one day on the way to Jasper, keep in mind that each stop will take time! So realistically you may have to skip some of these stops to get the most out of the drive or make it a two-day trip to take it all in.

You can also hike to Chephren Lake, which is located just a short distance from Waterfowl Lakes, for a more challenging and rewarding hiking experience. It’s about 7.7 Km and has an elevation gain of 151 meters. Not a walk in the park! But the views are pretty epic.

This 2-3 hour hike has a 2.5Km gradual incline, is a moderately challenging hike, offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and glaciers and is a great way to experience the beauty of the Canadian Rockies up close. IThe views from the top are stunning! I wish we had time last time to do this hike!

This moderate hiking trail is a longer one, 9.5km and will take you about 4-6 hours to complete.
